Sales Cooperation Policy

Long known for durable, dependable machinery, we offer everything from simple manual machines to fully automated CNC systems. Vernon has installed well over one hundred and fifty CNC cutting machines, as well as 650 mechanical machines, since 1948. We encourage you to share sales brochures and product specifications with your staff and any interested prospects you might uncover.

Vernon Tool Company offers exclusive representation on a prospect-by-prospect basis. To register a potential Vernon user, you are invited to submit the name of the primary contact, the company name, address, phone and e-mail addresses as outlined on the Prospect Questionnaire.

If Vernon or its other representatives have had no prior correspondence with the party, you will be granted exclusive contact for a period of twelve months. This period may be extended by mutual consent provided there is ongoing correspondence on Vernonís behalf. All technical and commercial communication between Vernon Tool and the interested party will be directed through you as our exclusive representative. If a sale should result from this inquiry, you will be entitled to a finders fee payable upon receipt of full payment by Vernon Tool.
