Vernon Tool now offers a 12-month service contract that consists of ongoing technical assistance to ensure your machine operates in a productive, safe manner. Features of the contract include:
Unlimited use of Vernon's Ve-Assist factory service via direct and secure Internet link between Vernon factory technicians and the cutting machine control. The contract holder will have access to Vernon technicians for training and troubleshooting assistance. Remote diagnostics will be performed as needed. Error and log files, reporting repetitive interruptions or operations, will be downloaded as necessary.
One (1) free WinMPM operating system upgrade, provided the control has adequate processor memory and speed to accommodate the new program
20% discount on travel and service per diem rates if a factory technician is dispatched to the job site.
On-site service will be provided according to Vernon's published Technical service labor rates on an "as needed" basis. Vernon technician will prepare a maintenance and safety survey making note of all faulty, unsafe, or potentially disruptive conditions or components within seven (7) days of his departure from the work site.
Customer to supply, as needed, tools, electrical testing equipment, cranes or lifting devices, and qualified electro-mechanical workers. Internet access must be available to the machine power box.
Payment will be made upon contract origination lasting for a period of 12 months.
