Flexible and Affordable Plasma Tube Cutting

A new generation of Vernon Mastertube Plasma Profiler puts you in control of high productivity and affordable technology.  Copyrighted “Sketch & Cut” software burns unlimited patterns on round and rectangular tubing at a fraction of laser machine prices.   AutoCAD designs are converted to precision finished end and mid-section shapes by means of a Windows-based operating system and simple computer-controls. 

Two axes of motion advance, retract, and rotate raw material while two more axes vary torch angle and travel across flat sections.  Corner cuts on rectangular tubing provide sufficient functionality to process the most difficult shapes.   Color icons and graphics, interactive error messages, online HELP functions, and network connectivity simplify training, operation, and maintenance.

CAD designs are converted into cut paths by means of postprocessor programs developed by Vernon Tool.  Merely enter the desired intersection information, calculate the cut path, and execute the burning operation to produce a finished piece.  No complicated engineering or programming is necessary. 

Based on 60 years of pipe cutting machine experience, the Vernon Mastertube machine is compact, efficient, and reliable.  4-month investment payback periods are not uncommon.
